Te irányítod a programcsapatot annak érdekében, hogy az új programok bevezetése, valamint a már futó programok volumennövelése sikeresen megvalósuljon. Ennek során biztosítod a mérföldkövek teljesítését, valamint a pénzügyi, műszaki és minőségi célok elérését.
Feladatod elsősorban a német vevőkhöz kapcsolódó turbófeltöltő programjaink kapacitásbővítésének levezénylése a nagymértékben megnövekedett vevői igények teljesítése érdekében.
Gyorsan és konstruktívan kezeled a vállalaton belüli és kívüli konfliktusokat.
Biztosítod a vevői és vállalati elvárásoknak való megfelelést, a pénzügyi mutatószámok teljesülését.
Kapcsolattartóként ügyféltalálkozókon veszel részt, bizonyos esetekben te vezeted azokat.
Olyan ügyfélkapcsolatokat alakítasz ki, amely a termékbevezetést pozitív élménnyé teszi, és hozzájárul a jövőbeni új üzleti lehetőségek elnyeréséhez.

Számítunk rád, ha:

szakirányú diplomával rendelkezel (gazdasági/műszaki terület),
magabiztosan tárgyalsz angolul és németül,
legalább 5 évet dolgoztál autóiparban mérnöki vagy operációs területen,
legalább 3 éves projekt- vagy programmenedzseri tapasztalattal bírsz,
képes vagy befolyásolni és motiválni másokat,
hatékonyan irányítasz csapatot mátrixszervezetben,
rendelkezel tapasztalattal erőforrás-, feladat- és költségtervezés terén,
magas szintű műszaki kompetenciával, problémamegoldó képességgel, valamint kiváló szervezési és kommunikációs készségekkel rendelkezel,
érted a pénzügyeket a program- és üzleti mutatók szempontjából,
mély rálátásod van a mérnöki és gyártási funkciókra az autóipari beszállítói piacon,
vállalod az utazást, jellemzően Európán belül.
