Wat ga je doen?
Als Programma Manager Vitaliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van een integraal vitaliteitsprogramma voor Nutreco Nederland, bestaande uit een holding en vier operationele bedrijven. Je vertaalt visie en beleid naar concrete initiatieven die bijdragen aan fysieke, mentale en sociale gezondheid van medewerkers. Je werkt samen met directie, HR, leidinggevenden, OR en externe partners en coördineert interventies zoals workshops, coaching en preventieprogramma’s. Met duidelijke KPI’s monitor je de voortgang en rapporteer je de impact aan het management. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap en borgt vitaliteit als vast onderdeel van onze cultuur.

Wie zoeken wij?
Je neemt eigenaarschap, denkt in oplossingen en weet mensen te verbinden.

HBO/WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in HRM, gezondheidswetenschappen, psychologie of vergelijkbaar

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met vitaliteit, duurzame inzetbaarheid of HR-programma’s

Sterk in project- en programmamanagement

Analytisch en datagedreven, met focus op meetbare impact

Een stevige gesprekspartner in een internationale en productiegerichte omgeving
