As a unified organisation, dentsu brings together deep expertise across media, creative and customer experience to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful progress for clients and society.
Join us as Programmatic Manager and steer the campaigns that stand out, shake things up, and deliver big.
You’ll guide a talented team, strengthen key relationships, and keep our programmatic engine running at full speed. Whether you’re negotiating deals or elevating our DSP presence, you’ll bring energy, clarity, and a spark that clients remember.
Core responsibilities include:
Campaign strategy & partner collaboration: Work with publishers and partners to shape campaign approaches, negotiate quarterly deals, and provide clear, insightful performance reporting.

DSP ownership: Manage all DSP relationships, acting as the bridge between platforms and clients. You’ll lead QBR participation, present product roadmaps, troubleshoot platform issues, and identify beta opportunities that give our clients an edge.
Team leadership & delivery excellence: Guide the team through client requests, strategic planning, and campaign brief responses. You’ll champion high standards, cross‑team collaboration, and seamless delivery across client catchups and QBRs.
Innovation & ideation: Bring fresh thinking to internal brainstorms, contribute to channel strategy, and help craft compelling visuals and narratives tailored to client needs.
Client communication & thought leadership: Own the client relationship. You’ll manage senior‑level conversations, act as the escalation point for campaign challenges, host education sessions, and present QBRs and thought‑leadership pieces with confidence.
A bit about you:
Demonstrated leadership experience in programmatic advertising, with a track record of managing teams and nurturing strong client relationships.
Deep hands‑on expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage relationships across publishers, partners, and DSPs.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients, leading education sessions, and contributing to strategic discussions.
What’s in it for you:
Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best Us' Policy
The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change
5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way
Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University
Become a champion for meaningful progress: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.
If you want to belong to a one global network where opportunities are limitless – we look forward to welcoming you.
