Purpose

Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the airport development program, serving as the primary interface with the client, executive stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall delivery of the airport program covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
Serve as the single point of accountability for project performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions.
Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings.
Drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues.
Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation or airport developments.
Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, systems, commissioning and operational readiness.
