We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Job Summary:

Coordinate low-complexity IT projects from initiation through completion under direct supervision. Maintain project plans, financial trackers, documentation, metrics, and other project artifacts while supporting effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
Coordinate deployment schedules, activities, and priorities across teams
Monitor project communications and maintain accurate internal trackers, reports, and documentation
Coordinate training requests, schedule training sessions, and document completed training
Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, document systems, and Confluence pages
Prepare financial forecast drafts and update resource models using project plans, study trackers, and project management system reports
Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting
Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low-complexity projects under close supervision

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in science or related domain, or equivalent experience required
Five (5) years' experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required
Advanced English required
Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation
Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products
Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
Ability to identify project risks and communicate project status clearly and accurately
Ability to collaborate with project managers, PMO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with laboratory work or clinical trials is a plus
