Alfa Laval CorHex invites you to strengthen our expanding team in Gimhae, South Korea where we manufacture our compact high pressure diffusion welded Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger. You will be joining a great team with a diverse international background that love what they do. This close team forms the global engineering centre of excellence serving our developing Energy and Marine business.

Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) 중요의무, 역할(직무해설)

Project Execution:

Lead, manage and coordinate all phases of project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
Act as the primary point contact for sales and engineering teams, external providers, and clients to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance and potential issues to stakeholders.
Responsible for the result and successful completion of project milestones.

Requirements / Qualification (자격요건)

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on pressure vessel projects.
Strong working knowledge of project management.
Excellent organizational and time management skill.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Written and spoken fluently both Korean and English.
IT skill in office and drawing software, such as MS office and AutoCAD.
Good in building and remaining relationships.
