Grado en ingeniería mecánica o similar

Experiencia mínima

Al menos 2/3 años en gestión de proyectos climatización/refrigeración industrial.

Requisitos mínimos

-Ingenieria industrial, técnica industrial, grado en mecánica, instalaciones o de edificación
- Valorable Experiencia en sector de HVAC-R, realización de ofertas, proyectos, dirección de obra
- inglés, intermedio. Parte de la entrevista en inglés
- Carné de conducir
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
- Proactivo/a, resolutivo/a
- Ganas de aprender y formar parte de un equipo dinámico en una compañía líder del sector

Descripción

Este profesional debe trabajar en equipo y gestionar los proyectos de eficiencia energética en sistemas de producción de frio y calor, de cara a conseguir la completa satisfacción del cliente.

Sus objetivos clave serán el trabajo directo con el cliente y con sus compañeros manteniendo la estrategia marcada por la compañía, ejecutando con los mayores niveles de calidad y eficacia, dentro de las normas exigidas de Seguridad y con un completo control de los costes de cada proyecto.

Esta posición requiere un alto grado de aptitud técnica, control del proyecto, costes, alcance de los contratos y habilidades y experiencia contrastada en la gestión de subcontratas y proveedores.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión de proyectos de instalaciones HVAC: Compras/Proveedores/Contratas/Seguimientos de obra/puesta en marcha/cierre de proyectos
Valoración y ejecución de propuestas de eficiencia en centrales de producción de frio y calor
Realización de auditorías y simulaciones energéticas
Apoyo documental al departamento y realización de planos as-built
Control de las gestiones de las legalizaciones
Apoyo a la gestión financiera de departamento

- Formación en equipamiento HVAC, enfriadoras y bombas de calor, rooftops, drycoolers, torres de refrigeración
- Formación en sistemas de control
- Contrato indefinido
