Mission principale et objectifs
- Etablissement des documents graphiques d’études CFA-CFO
- Réalisation des métrés associés
Principales tâches et responsabilités professionnelles
- Prise de connaissance des choix de partis techniques définis par l'ingénieur
- Assistance de l’ingénieur pour vérification de l'adéquation du projet technique au projet architectural. Définition des locaux techniques et gaines/réseaux principaux.
- Réalisation de plans, schémas, détails au cours des différentes phases d'études, en coordination avec les autres corps d'état techniques sous le logiciel Revit
- Amélioration des outils internes de dessin
- Participation ponctuelle à des relevés techniques sur site
- Réalisation des métrés
- Etudes de présynthèse et phase étude et synthèse en phase exécution
- Adapte les plans aux besoins électriques estimés

- Connaît les normes électriques et de sécurité, anciennes et récentes

- Niveau de formation/ Diplôme requis : BTS / IUT / Licence
- Nombre d’années d’expérience dans le poste ou le domaine : 2 ans / 5 ans
- Compétences spécifiques : REVIT / Autocad
- Qualités personnelles/Savoir être : analyse, organisation, rigueur, esprit d’équipe
- Langues étrangères pratiquées : Anglais serait un plus
