Como Promotor(a) de Merchandising você irá atuar alocado(a) nos pontos de vendas e será responsável por mapear e promover os produtos da marca, por meio da organização e exposição adequada nos pontos de venda, de acordo com as estratégias pré-estabelecidas pelo trade marketing da empresa, além de atender e orientar os clientes quanto a dúvidas e usabilidades dos produtos. Em resumo, será a pessoa que irá buscar o encantamento dos clientes e prospects no PDV. Para fazer bem este trabalho, estamos buscando um perfil organizado, comprometido e que goste de lidar com o atendimento ao cliente de forma cortês e com sorriso no rosto. Principais atividades e responsabilidades • Organizar os produtos no departamento adequado de acordo com layout pré-estabelecido; • Repor e organizar os produtos quando necessário; • Cumprir a meta definida para cada ocasião de vendas; • Fazer a negociação para obter bons espaços no PDV; • Fazer a auditoria dos pontos de venda, além de controlar share de gôndola e estoque; • Ter atenção às ações da concorrência nos pontos de venda;
