YOUR MISSION

募集職種：ストアマネージャー（店長）

プーマ直営店舗におけるシューズ、アパレル、バッグ等の接客・販売、売上管理・分析、在庫管理、フロア管理（商品ディスプレイ、VMD）、スタッフのトレーニングやフィードバック、など店舗マネジメント全般を担っていただきます。

プーマではお客様に他に無いショッピング体験を提供できるよう、グローバル接客スタンダードに基づく丁寧な接客を心がけています。店舗からブランドの魅力を発信し、より多くのプーマファンを一緒につくっていきましょう！

就業場所：滋賀県

フルプライスストアまたはアウトレットストア（面接時にご相談）

対象となる方：

・高卒以上

・リテールビジネス（アパレルまたはフットウェアであれば尚可）における即戦力としての実績を伴う2～4年以上の店舗マネジメント経験
・売上目標を達成できる、優秀なチームの採用、育成、定着に関するノウハウを持ち、問題解決能力、効果的なコミュニケーション能力、リーダーシップ等のスキルをお持ちの方

勤務時間：

9:00~21:30 ※シフト制

1か月単位の変形労働時間/実働8時間
