仕事内容：

入社後まずは接客販売を経験し、グローバルの PUMA Group共通の接客スタンダードを身に付けていただきます。さらには店舗マネジメントチームの一員として、店舗運営業務（売上管理・分析、在庫管理、フロア管理（商品ディスプレイ、VMD）、スタッフのトレーニングやフィードバック）を担っていただきます。まずはストアマネージャー（店長）を目指していただき、ゆくゆくはエリアマネージャー等に挑戦するなど、各々のキャリアを切り拓いてほしいと思っています。
