Основні обов'язки:

Організація та ведення процесів закупівель в Україні.
Проведення тендерів та управління відносинами з постачальниками.
Підготовка та супровід договорів.
Координація складських і логістичних процесів.
Співпраця з митними агентами щодо оформлення поставок.
Контроль закупівель офісного забезпечення та адміністративних послуг.
Забезпечення дотримання корпоративних політик, включаючи політику управління автопарком.

Вимоги:

Досвід роботи у сфері закупівель від 3 років.
Досвід проведення тендерів і договірної роботи.
Розуміння складських, логістичних та митних процесів.
Досвід роботи з Fleet Policy буде перевагою.
Впевнене володіння MS Office.
Англійська мова на рівні B1+/B2.
Високі організаційні навички та вміння координувати кілька процесів одночасно.
