The QA Engineer role is a critical part of the software delivery lifecycle, responsible for ensuring product quality, validating new functionality, performing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, supporting defect resolution, and enabling successful releases across multiple initiatives. The role also contributes to continuous quality improvement and provides crucial feedback to development and product teams.

What You'll Do

Develop and complete test plans and test scripts for new and existing game themes and operating systems.

Submit and track any product issues found during testing to ensure they are resolved.

Provide input to the project status report for each assigned project.

Reproduce issues as necessary to assist software development in resolving them.

Provide feedback for continuous test improvement.

Detect, separate, and record bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English.

Maintain open communication with your immediate manager and ensure that performance standards and expectations are met.

Regularly update and discuss ongoing tasks and projects with your direct manager.

Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Attend and contribute to team huddles, meetings, and ad hoc meetings as required.

Support additional tasks and projects as designated by supervisors or management to advance department and organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in QA engineering or software testing.

Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Solid knowledge of designing test plans and test scripts.

Ability to detect, separate, and record bugs effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Experience with bug tracking tools and software development collaboration.

Ability to sustain open communication and deliver timely progress updates.

Strong capability to work closely with all relevant parties, both inside and outside the company.

Ambitious approach with a dedication to continuous improvement and flawless execution.

Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
