- Representa la Gestión de Calidad de la planta en los proyectos de desarrollo del producto y del proceso productivo, en producción y frente al cliente durante las fases de pre‑lanzamiento, lanzamiento y producción en serie.
- Responsable de garantizar que los requisitos de calidad del producto y del cliente sean conocidos y ejecutados dentro de la planta.
- Licenciatura
- Experiencia:
- IATF 16949
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF/FMEA)
- Manejo de ERPs (SAP)
- Software de medición o calidad (Minitab, IQ)
- Conocimiento:
- Resolución de problemas (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
- De procesos productivos (ensamble, inyección, crimpado, soldado, etc.)
- Interpretación avanzada de planos (GD&T)
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos)
- Reportes gráficos y estadísticos
