崗位職責：

負責公司品質管制體系（如ISO9001、IATF16949等）的建立、維護和持續改進。
組織並實施內部審核、過程審核及管理評審，跟蹤整改措施落實情況。
負責客戶審核、協力廠商審核及認證審核的準備、陪審和問題關閉。
制定和維護品質體系檔、程式檔及相關標準，確保檔符合要求。
推動品質文化建設和體系培訓，提高各部門品質意識和體系執行力。

崗位要求：

本科及以上學歷，品質管制、機械、電子、工業工程等相關專業。
3年以上品質體系管理相關經驗，有製造業背景優先。
熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001等管理體系標準。
熟悉內審、過程審核、供應商審核及客戶審核流程，具備審核技能者優先。
具備良好的組織協調能力、檔編寫能力和跨部門溝通能力。
