主要工作职责

1. 工具日常维护保养

按照维护计划完成生产工具的日常保养工作。

对电动工具、气动工具、扭矩工具等进行定期检查和清洁。

对发现异常的工具及时维修或安排外部维修。

建立并维护工具履历及维修记录。

2. 工具校验与验证

按照校验计划完成扭矩工具、量具和检测设备的周期校验。

使用标准设备进行工具精度验证和性能确认。

确保所有工具校验状态符合公司及客户要求。

对超差工具进行隔离、标识和处理。

3. 生产现场支持

快速响应产线工具故障需求。

支持产线工具更换、调试和问题排查。

协助处理因工具异常引起的质量问题。
