Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Manager located in Shenzhen.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for early-stage quality planning and management of projects, ensuring that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production departments to drive the achievement of quality objectives
Participate in the development of quality control processes and supervise their implementation
Analyze quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Basic understanding of quality management systems;
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
