Key Responsibilities:

Execute routine QC testing of raw, in‑process and finished products (chemical, physical and microbiological) under supervision, ensuring accurate recording per GMP/HACCP/ISO‑FSSC.
Conduct packaging and hygiene checks: package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control, line clearance and sample traceability.
Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions and contribute to quality data trending and basic root‑cause analysis.
Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics and deliver on‑floor quality/hygiene briefings.
Support internal/external audits and certification activities by preparing documentation and assisting with regulatory compliance updates.
