Budete pomocí analýzy dat, inspekcí a testování aktivně zlepšovat kvalitu a bezpečnost v rámci celé organizace a podporovat Quality Manažera při naplňování strategie kvality společnosti KONE.

identifikace příčin neshod a návrh nápravných opatření na základě analýzy dat

provádění kontrol kvality a bezpečnostních auditů, včetně testování a měření

aktivní účast na výboru pro bezpečnost a dalších bezpečnostních fórech

koordinace lokálního KONE Feedback procesu a komunikace se zapojenými týmy

vedení a aktualizace záznamů kvality dle platných postupů

podpora interních i externích auditů

sdílení znalostí a školení kolegů v oblasti kvality a bezpečnosti

úzká spolupráce s provozními týmy KONE i s externími subdodavateli

Co od Vás očekáváme?

VŠ vzdělání v oboru kvalita, logistika nebo řízení výroby (případně odpovídající praxe)

plynulou znalost anglického jazyka

uživatelskou znalost MS365 a Power BI

znalost metodik Lean a Six Sigma výhodou

dobrou znalost bezpečnostních předpisů

analytické myšlení, důraz na detail a houževnatost při řešení problémů

schopnost efektivní komunikace a týmové spolupráce
