Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que crean excelentes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos incorporar a un técnico de calidad en Flex Aguascalientes.
Como es un día típico:
- Realizar inspecciones de los ensambles finales antes de enviarlos al área posterior para asegurarse de que todos los productos cumplan con las especificaciones establecidas.
- Realizar inspecciones de los ensambles finales antes de enviarlos al área posterior para asegurarse de que todos los productos cumplan con las especificaciones establecidas.
- Usar calibres, galgas de pasador y otras herramientas o equipos de medición.
- Ingresar todos los datos de calidad en los sistemas electrónicos o manuales indicados.
- Notificar al personal correspondiente si se encuentran defectos en el producto o si los resultados del proceso están por debajo de los niveles aceptables.
- Realizar auditorías de procesos.
- Ayudar con la disposición de todos los materiales/productos no conformes.
- Abordar los problemas de calidad con los clientes internos.
- Gestionar al personal del turno en caso de ausencias repentinas o no planificadas.
- Hacer seguimiento del material NC pendiente de retrabajo.
- Reportar los defectos relevantes durante el turno.
- Resultados de Purgas internas y externas.
- Darle seguimiento a ordines en flex Flow.
- Darle seguimiento a bitácoras de retrabajo en turno.

- Conocimientos de lectura avanzada de MPIs/SOPs/Procedimientos de planta.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de inspección utilizadas en el área.
