R&D Design Engineer

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

Education requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical).

1 or more years of directly related professional-level engineering experience.

Ability to gather data, boil it down to key points, and propose solutions.

Self-motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented problem-solver.

Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to perform work onsite at the Farmington Hills, MI, USA office.

Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.

A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is required.

Desired:

Experience in automotive exterior Lamps, Wipers, Mirrors a strong plus.

Experience in Siemens NX CAD software a strong plus.

Travel Requirements: occasional business trips up to 2 weeks within North America; also occasional business trips up to 4 weeks overseas (Asia, Europe).
