Who we are

KitchenPark helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.

We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.

We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant, all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll do

  • Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across the UAE.
  • Negotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.
