Unser internationales Debt und Equity Capital Markets Team wächst weiter und wir suchen zur Verstärkung an dem Standort Frankfurt engagierte und qualifizierte Rechtsanwält*innen (m/w/d).

Was Sie erwartet
Als Associate im Bereich Debt und Equity Capital Markets (mit übergreifender Arbeit im Bereich Corporate) erwarten Sie komplexe Transaktionsarbeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung ab dem ersten Tag.

Unser Team berät bei Börsengängen, Bezugsrechtsemissionen, Privatplatzierungen, Wandelanleihen, High Yield Anleihen, Investmentgradeanleihen, öffentliche Übernahmen, Venture Capital und Private Equity Strukturen und Restrukturierungen mit Kapitalmarktbezug.
Das Team ist mit den Corporate-, Restructuring- und Private Equity-Gruppen eng verzahntet.
Sie beraten aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung unserer Tätigkeit neben Mandaten in Deutschland auch bei Cross-border Mandaten europaweit.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, mit einem kollegialen und sehr erfahrenen Team zu arbeiten und bereits von Beginn an Verantwortung auf Transaktionen zu übernehmen.

Was Sie auszeichnet
Wir suchen Rechtsanwält*innen mit Prädikatsexamina, die bei anspruchsvollen
Aufgabenstellungen neben fachlichem Know-how Ihre Kreativität im Team einbringen und
aus Praktika bzw. wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeitertätigkeit bereits Erfahrungen im Kapitalmarkt,
M&A, und/oder Restrukturierung gesammelt haben.
