⁠Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs

Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:

Shoot and measure merchandise

Edit and upload products

Order fulfilment

Warehouse management

⁠Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly

⁠Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams

⁠Diploma/degree in the related field

⁠Good command of English

⁠Skilled in Microsoft Office - especially excel

⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

⁠Detail oriented, organised and has good time management

⁠Able to work independently and display strong initiatives

Available to commit to full-time work for 6 - 7 months from Dec 2026 or Jan 2027
