- 制定公司产品在分管区域非目标市场的销售计划，完成非目标的销售目标。
- 维护分管区域非目标市场的重点终端，开展学术活动，提升产量。
- 开发分管区域非目标市场的新增长点，推动高潜终端业务增长。
- 做好分管区域非目标市场的销售预估，为公司决策、发货、安排生产提供依据。
- 收集并分析分管区域的政策、竞争格局、市场容量及业务趋势等信息，及时上报并支持决策。
- 负责团队人才管理，包括明确团队目标与职责分工，定期开展绩效回顾、辅导与反馈，识别关键人才并制定发展计划，提升团队能力与协作效率，建设稳定、持续的人才梯队。
任职资历
教育背景
本科以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业
相关领域工作经验
5年以上医药行业销售、区域业务管理或相关经验，有医院销售或同类合资公司经验者优先
能力要求：精通Office操作软件（Excel和PPT)、较强的分析和处理事情的能力、较强的沟通能力及流利的演讲技巧、对数据敏感度高

专业知识与技能
业务规划与执行层级
• 能够主动汇总、整理和分析各类基础数据信息，有意识地从多个视角不同层面加以分析，为业务决策提供支持，制定所辖团队中短期任务目标、工作计划等。
• 乐于接受挑战，能识别多重任务的优先级，执行时遇到困难能够灵活、沉着应对。
政策及市场洞察力
• 掌握适用于责任市场的医保政策、医疗市场相关法律法规及最新发展变化，识别其对武田中国的影响，并能在业务规划中独立思考应对方案。
• 通过医疗客户、行业专家及个人关系网络等多种方式，从宏观经济形势和竞争格局等角度收集市场信息，并分析其对武田可能产生的影响。
风险控制
• 基于公司业务发展需求，对Non-Target市场客户提出合理的绩效要求，并持续跟进业务执行质量。
• 通过定期分析责任市场销售数据发现常规性的问题，及时采取例行的解决办法纠偏，有效控制或化解双方合作过程中的风险。
关系建立与维护
• 能迅速了解当地关键关系网络，准确识别对区域业务有影响的医院专家、医疗机构负责人及其他关键合作伙伴。
• 通过广泛参与社会活动（行业论坛、院长会等），与关键人员建立和维持良好的关系，推动自身业务目标实现。
沟通与协作
• 跨部门 /团队沟通中能理解和尊重他人（如充分给予他人发表不同意见的机会）， 客观公正地摆事实、讲道理，影响他人接受自己的观点。
• 当跨部门 /团队协作发生冲突时，能坦诚面对、不扯皮推诿，愿意服从大局做出妥协。
