About the role

Summary: Responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy for all wastewater process co products and all related services offered in an assigned North American regional territory. The position has direct accountability for achieving sales results by managing sales channels within the assigned territory. A significant amount of travel is required in order work closely with all sales channels to achieve sales results. The position will require teamwork and co-ordination with centrally located project engineers, project managers, service personal, and marketing.

· Travel focus within the assigned North American regional areas.

· Co-ordinate & conduct product training to all sales channels.

· Analyze and identify market trends and provide feedback to all support teams.

· Manage sales channel performance in order to optimize our position within the assigned territory.

Critical Success Factors

· Can-do attitude with a tremendous drive to deliver results on a consistent basis.

· Technically capable to promote Sulzer Treatment Products

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· High energy, hardworking and highly organized to keep up in a fast paced, dynamic working environment.

· Possess leadership skills.

· Desire to travel a minimum of 75% of the time in front of customers.

Qualifications/Experience

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred or a similar technical degree.

· At least 5-10 years relevant experience in the process equipment industry.
