Reinsurance Backoffice Analyst
Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse al equipo de Reaseguro de Marsh. Esta posición estará basada en CDMX, México. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.
En este rol darás soporte a socios comerciales y equipos internos en procesos de reaseguro, asegurando la correcta solicitud, verificación y gestión de documentación para altas en sistemas globales.
Tendrás una participación clave en el control de información, revisión de documentos, seguimiento a entidades y cumplimiento de estándares, políticas y SLA’s, colaborando de forma constante con clientes internos para garantizar una operación precisa y oportuna.
Contaremos contigo para:
- Solicitar y verificar documentación para llevar a cabo altas en los sistemas relacionados con reaseguro global.
- Dar de alta entidades y gestionar información en los sistemas correspondientes.
- Revisar documentos y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, políticas y controles establecidos.
- Dar seguimiento a la información y mantener comunicación constante con clientes internos.
- Gestionar criticidades y asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA’s.
- Colaborar con distintos equipos para garantizar una operación eficiente y alineada a los procesos del negocio.

Lo que necesitas tener:
- Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico-administrativas, comercial o afín.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Inglés conversacional.
- Excel intermedio.
- PowerPoint intermedio.
