【仕事内容】
■ 具体的な業務内容
RX Japanが主催する展示会の「核」となる出展社を集めるポジションです。
単に出展社を集めるだけではなく、その企業が展示会で最大限の成果を出せるよう、課題を聞き出し、最適な提案をするのが腕の見せどころです。
さらに、業界の未来を切り拓く新しい企画をゼロから立ち上げるチャンスもあります。
「営業」＋「企画」、この2つを掛け合わせて、展示会を通じて日本の産業を盛り上げる、そんなダイナミックな仕事です。

【応募資格】
■ 必須条件
① 法人営業経験5年以上、または社会人経験5年以上かつ法人営業経験3年以上
顧客課題のヒアリング経験
顧客ニーズに応じた提案内容の設計経験
価値訴求を通じた合意形成・受注経験
② 新規開拓営業の実績
既存顧客への深耕営業だけでなく、ゼロから新規顧客との関係を構築した経験

③ 大卒以上
■ 歓迎条件
無形商材の営業経験
市場動向や顧客ニーズを踏まえ、営業戦略やアプローチ方法を考えた経験
提案型営業、ソリューション営業、コンサルティング営業の経験
既存顧客への深耕営業やリピート率向上に取り組んだ経験
顧客課題をもとに、自ら企画・提案内容を設計した経験
