Servicefahrer im Klinikaußendienst (w/m/d)

im Großraum Essen.
In dieser Position sind Sie für die Lieferung, Installation und Einweisung von hygienisch reinen, technisch überprüften Spezialbetten und Patientenlagerungssystemen sowie für die Bereitstellung unserer Produkte innerhalb der Service Center Region und beim Kunden zuständig. Ihr Fokus liegt hierbei auf unserem Rental Service Geschäft (Vermietgeschäft).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lieferung und Installation von Spezialbetten und Patientenlagerungssystemen bis zur Übergabe
- Erbringung von pünktlichen und leistungsgerechten Serviceleistungen bei unseren Rental Kunden in Krankenhäusern
- Abholung von benutzten oder defekten Produkten beim Kunden
- Einweisungen und einfache Trainings für das Pflegepersonal vor Ort
- Reinigung, hygienische Aufbereitung und Reparaturen von benutzten oder defekten Produkten
- Durchführung von Bereitschaftsdiensten
- Inventarüberwachung von Rental Produkten und Ersatzteilen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Service Center Koordinator:innen und Territory Service Manager:innen sowie dem Vertriebsteam
- Bestellung von Ersatzteilen, Einmalprodukten und Überwachung von Proben
- Durchführung von Produktmodifikationen und Unterstützung bei Audits
- Erstellung von Arbeitsberichten und sonstigen Reports
- Einhaltung aller Qualitätsprozesse und –Vorschriften, sowohl intern als auch extern
- Nach Absprache Vertretung in einem anderen Service Center, falls erforderlich
Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung in einem handwerklichen Beruf
- Quereinsteiger:innen mit technischem Geschick und Ehrgeiz sind willkommen
- Bereitschaft zur Erweiterung der Kenntnisse im Bereich der Spezialbetten und Patientenlagerungssysteme
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse (lesen und verstehen)
- Führerschein Klasse 3/B
- Teamfähigkeit, Integrität, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Empathie
- Bereitschaft für und Interesse an stetiger Verbesserung und Weiterbildung im Fachbereich
- Handlungs- und Ergebnisorientierung in Kombination mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
