Melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi fisik cassette ATM sebelum dan sesudah digunakan.
Melakukan perbaikan ringan hingga sedang terhadap cassette ATM yang mengalami kerusakan mekanis.
Membersihkan cassette ATM secara berkala untuk menjaga kinerja dan keandalannya.
Mengganti komponen cassette yang rusak sesuai standar dan prosedur perusahaan.
Melakukan pengujian (testing) cassette setelah proses perbaikan untuk memastikan berfungsi dengan baik.
Mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan pencegahan.
Mencatat seluruh aktivitas inspeksi, perawatan, dan perbaikan dalam sistem atau log pemeliharaan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Vault, Operations, CIT, dan vendor apabila diperlukan perbaikan lanjutan.
Memastikan ketersediaan cassette ATM yang siap digunakan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
