KONE BeLux est à la recherche d'un Repairs Tendering Specialist, responsable du suivi de votre portefeuille de clients dans votre domaine d'expertise. Grâce à votre connaissance des différents composants et processus, vous assurerez un suivi optimal de toutes les offres pour votre région.

Vos responsabilités :

Si des réparations de nos produits sont nécessaires, vous rassemblez toutes les informations pour préparer un devis correct pour nos clients afin qu'ils soient aidés de manière efficace et qualitative ;
Vous assurez un bon suivi de la demande de devis à l'envoi du devis au client ;
Vous répondez aux questions du client sur le devis et vous suivez de près votre portefeuille de clients.
Vous maintenez un bon contact avec tous les clients et relancez les devis au bon moment si nécessaire.
Vous êtes en contact régulier avec nos clients et notre personnel interne.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous avez une expérience dans un poste similaire dans un environnement technique.
Vous pouvez vous exprimer couramment en français, la connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un atout.
Vous maîtrise bien les outils informatiques (des connaissances en matière de CRM et de SAP sont un atout majeur).
Vous êtes toujours à la recherche de possibilités d'élargir vos connaissances techniques et vous aimez être en contact avec les clients et les collègues.
