Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a unique programme leading the internal and external reporting function.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing collation and analysis of all data relating to KPIs and reports
- Support production of Supervision Consultant and Lead Design Consultant periodic Reports
- Review Engineer’s validations of Contractor progress prior to issuing validation to PMC/Client
- Obtains other progress information as necessary from other managers and staff
- Ensure all reporting meets project requirements
- Creation of dashboards to present internally/externally
- Assist in production of progress claims
- Assist Client in preparation of supporting data relating to Contractor claims

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years experience in project controls
- Expert level Microsoft Excel
- Experience with PowerBI or similar
- Prior experience in staff management
