¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio Food mediante la gestión de clientes, desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales y promoción de soluciones que aporten valor a la industria alimentaria. Además, trabajarás de manera cercana con clientes y equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia excepcional y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de crecimiento del segmento.
¿Qué buscamos?
✅ Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
✅ Más de 4 años de experiencia en ventas B2B dentro de la industria de alimentos, ingredientes, aditivos, materias primas o soluciones para el sector Food.
✅ Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, prospección y gestión de cuentas clave.
✅ Conocimiento sólido del mercado de alimentos, sus tendencias, segmentos y dinámicas comerciales.

✅ Inglés intermedio o avanzado

✔ Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento.
✔ Expandir la cartera de clientes y productos del segmento Food.
✔ Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y reaccionar de manera proactiva a los cambios del mercado.
✔ Convertirse en un aliado estratégico para los clientes, aportando soluciones técnicas y comerciales de valor.
