JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance, vous assurez la gestion du magasin du service maintenance (organisation, approvisionnement, réduction des coûts …) afin d’être un support aux équipes de la maintenance dans la réalisation de leurs interventions.
ACTIVITES :
- Assurer l’exactitude des stocks.
- Faire les commandes via nos logiciels informatiques en collaboration avec le service achats.
- Assurer le réapprovisionnement des fournitures en temps et en heure
- Assurer les expéditions diverses (réparations, retours…)
- Connaitre techniquement les pièces et les lignes de production associées.
- Etre capable de choisir la nouvelle référence sur du matériel obsolète.
- Optimiser des stocks de sécurité.
- Proposer des améliorations afin de réduire le coût des pièces de rechange.
- Organiser le magasin et mettre en place du Visual Management.
- Inventaire en fin de mois des pièces critiques.
- Mener des réunions et des négociations avec des fournisseurs externes

PROFIL :
De formation de type BAC+2 technique, vous possédez au minimum deux ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance et la gestion d’un magasin.
Vous avez de solides connaissances générales en technologie, une bonne compréhension des processus industriels et de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Autonome, rigoureux et responsable, vous savez être force de propositions, d’idées et d’améliorations.
Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à de nouveaux matériels et technologies.
Vous avez la capacité à lire et interpréter les documents de suivi de commande et les bons de commande.
Vous possédez une bonne aptitude à l’organisation, à la communication et à la pédagogie.
Vous connaissez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, planning, GMAO...)
Un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire est souhaité (B1).
