As a Restaurant & Bars Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Restaurants & Bars department, aligning with the company's overall goals and brand standards.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, maximizing revenue and profitability while managing costs effectively.
Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to conceptualize and execute unique dining and beverage experiences that resonate with the brand and guest expectations.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all restaurant and bar outlets, maintaining service and quality standards.
Prioritize guest satisfaction, monitoring feedback, and proactively addressing concerns to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Participate in menu design, pricing, and evaluation to ensure variety, innovation, and profitability.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and professional growth.
Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective strategies for promoting dining outlets, special events, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the department's success.
