En PUMA México estamos buscando talento para integrarse a nuestro equipo como Assistant Store Manager (Subgerente/a de Tienda) en Galerías Metepec.
Buscamos a una persona con experiencia en retail, liderazgo de equipos y fuerte orientación a resultados, que contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y a brindar una excelente experiencia a nuestros clientes.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años como Subgerente, Supervisor o posición similar en retail.
- Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos de venta.
- Manejo de indicadores comerciales y KPIs.
- Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos de venta.
- Conocimiento de procesos operativos, inventarios y prevención de pérdidas.
- Excelente servicio al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios de centro comercial y fines de semana.

Principales responsabilidades:
- Apoyar al Store Manager en la gestión integral de la tienda.
- Liderar y acompañar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- Dar seguimiento a KPIs, productividad y desempeño del equipo.
- Garantizar una excelente experiencia de compra.
- Supervisar procesos operativos, inventarios y estándares de visual merchandising.
- Participar en la capacitación y desarrollo del equipo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
