YOUR MISSION
En PUMA buscamos un(a) Assistant Store Manager con liderazgo, enfoque en resultados y pasión por el retail.

Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar en la operación integral de la tienda para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
- Supervisar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ventas.
- Asegurar una excelente experiencia de compra para nuestros clientes.

-Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
- Coordinar la correcta ejecución de estándares de visual merchandising y operación.
- Administrar inventarios, control de mermas y recepción de mercancía.
- Apoyar en la planeación de horarios, cobertura de plantilla y actividades administrativas.
- Fungir como responsable de la tienda en ausencia del Store Manager.
YOUR TALENT
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones de liderazgo dentro del sector retail.
- Manejo de indicadores de venta y administración de personal.
- Experiencia en capacitación y desarrollo de equipos.
- Enfoque en servicio al cliente y logro de resultados.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios rotativos, fines de semana y días festivos.
