YOUR MISSION

Per incremento organico del nostro negozio PUMA di Castel Romano ricerchiamo una risorsa di talento che voglia mettersi alla prova in un ambiente dinamico e sportivo focalizzandosi sui seguenti obiettivi:

Garantire elevati standard di customer service in linea con i valori del brand PUMA.
Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita individuali e contribuire al raggiungimento dei KPI e dei risultati dello store.
Supportare i clienti durante l'esperienza d'acquisto, offrendo consulenza sui prodotti e individuando soluzioni in linea con le loro esigenze.
Processare vendite, cambi e resi in cassa nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.
Gestire la merce in entrata e in uscita, assicurando il corretto rifornimento del piano vendita.
Contribuire al mantenimento degli standard di Visual Merchandising secondo le linee guida PUMA.
Supportare le attività di inventario e garantire ordine e organizzazione nelle aree di vendita e magazzino.
Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e condividerle con il management team.

YOUR TALENT

Candidati/e iscritti/e alle liste di collocamento obbligatorio (L- 68/99) sono i/le benvenuti/e
Preferibile esperienza nel settore retail, Fashion, Sportwear o Calzature.
Passione per la vendita e forte orientamento al cliente.
Ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
Interesse per il prodotto e capacità di offrire consulenza ai clienti durante l'esperienza di acquisto.
Proattività, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
Familiarità con i principali strumenti informatici e sistemi di cassa.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Passione per il brand PUMA.
