YOUR MISSION

Poskytovat špičkový zákaznický servis v souladu s hodnotami a standardy značky PUMA.
Aktivně oslovovat zákazníky, zjišťovat jejich potřeby a doporučovat vhodná produktová řešení.
Dosahovat a překračovat individuální prodejní cíle, KPI a další obchodní ukazatele prostřednictvím profesionálního přístupu k prodeji.
Přesně a efektivně zpracovávat prodejní transakce na pokladně a zajišťovat správnost všech souvisejících procesů.
Udržovat atraktivní vzhled prodejny a zajišťovat dodržování vizuálních standardů a merchandisingových pokynů značky PUMA.
Přijímat, doplňovat a připravovat zboží k prodeji, včetně zajištění správného pohybu zboží mezi skladem a prodejní plochou.
Aktivně identifikovat obchodní příležitosti a sdílet podněty vedoucí ke zvýšení prodeje a zlepšení zákaznické zkušenosti s managementem prodejny.
Přispívat k vytváření pozitivní, energické a týmově orientované atmosféry, která je pro značku PUMA charakteristická.
