YOUR MISSION
- Coordenar que a Loja atinja ou exceda consistentemente as metas de vendas, KPls e lucratividade por meio do uso eficaz de planejamento de curto e longo prazo, controle de despesas, vendas e serviços.
- Estabelecer padrões consistentemente altos de experiência do cliente dentro da Loja, de acordo com os valores da Marca e os padrões de serviço.
- Operacionalizar o alto desempenho e orientação a resultados, prevenção de perdas e compliance.
- Coordenar a execução e processamento de mercadorias recebidas e enviadas, a fim de garantir a acuracidade do estoque.
- Inspecionar a execução e manutenção de todas as diretrizes visuais da loja, bem como assegurar que a apresentação sempre atenda ou exceda os padrões PUMA.
- Guiar o cumprimento de todas as Políticas e Procedimentos, competências operacionais essenciais e principais responsabilidades acordadas.
- Local de atuação: Shopping Ibirapuera - SP.
