Reporting line: Retail Supervisor

Main responsibilities

Serves customers by helping them select products
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Responds to customers’ questions.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Manages financial transactions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Experiences and qualifications

At least 3 to 5 years of sales experiences in retail
Passion and strong interest in Herman Miller Brand
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ideal skills

Willingness to gain more experiences by accepting others’ feelings and try to see things positively to grow each other
Excellent customer service skill
Collaborate effectively with team members, each store, and each department.
Have a sense of urgency to solve problems and get the job done in the most efficient way
Have sense of awareness and be mindful for changes without being bound by prejudice or precedent
