About the Company
Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.
That is…until now.
Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:
Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus
A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence

With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.
The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.
Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We can’t wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!
About the Role
Lyric is looking for a RevOps / GTM Engineer to build the data and systems behind our go-to-market engine.
This is not a Salesforce admin role. You will design how our revenue data, lead generation and reporting should work, then build it, whatever the tool. Tools can be learned; the thinking behind them is what we hire for.
You will sit between Marketing and Revenue Operations as a hands-on builder: someone who creates order from ambiguity, runs experiments, and keeps improving once the basics are in place.
What You'll Own
GTM Engineering and Outbound Experiments
• Define and refine our ICP, and build lead lists from market signals
• Build scoring models for fit and engagement
• Run small-scale outbound experiments and scale what works with our growth strategists
• Integrate enrichment and signal data into our CRM and outreach systems
Data Quality and Reporting
• Keep HubSpot and Salesforce clean, deduped and reliable
• Build campaign and funnel reporting marketing can act on
• Help build our MQL framework and the governance that keeps it working
Projects and Enablement
• Drive our RFP / RFx content library, keeping every answer current with a clear owner
• Own internal GTM projects such as content management tooling
• Support teams with Salesforce questions and enablement
Who You Are
You are likely a strong fit if you:
• Have 5–8 years in B2B SaaS across RevOps, marketing ops, sales ops or GTM engineering
• Understand how a CRM data model works, and have worked in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Have built lead lists, scoring or enrichment workflows (Clay, Zapier, Make or n8n is a plus)
• Think like a business analyst and see the full revenue lifecycle
• Use AI tools every day, and check what they produce
• Drive projects across multiple owners to done
• Are energized when priorities change, and enjoy rebuilding things better
This role is probably not a fit if you:
• Prefer steady-state administration over building
• Think primarily in terms of one tool's features
• Want a fully defined scope before starting
• Have only worked in large corporate environments
Experience & Skills
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Experience with GTM automation and enrichment tools
• Strong data hygiene habits and analytical thinking
• Project management skills and clear written communication
Supply chain experience is not required.
Why This Role Matters
This role shapes how Lyric finds, reaches and wins customers.
Done well, our GTM team moves faster on data it trusts. Done poorly, every campaign and forecast starts from a guess.
We are hiring a builder because great GTM systems are designed, not patched.
