Responsibilities

Communicate and execute business strategy within the team, aligning activities with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Build and maintain a strong industry network, represent the company at relevant events, and gather market intelligence.
Develop and manage key customer relationships, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and long-term partnership growth.
Identify and present suitable products and services to customers, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and strengthen client relationships.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in CRM systems to support customer retention and business development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Significant professional experience with the ability to manage complex situations and provide guidance to others.
Experience leading, supervising, and developing teams to achieve business objectives within established deadlines.
Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, solve business challenges, and provide coaching and guidance to others.
Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of policy development, implementation, and compliance within organizational objectives.
Proven ability to influence, train, and support others while driving business results.
