O papel da equipa de vendas na loja Skechers é proporcionar uma excelente experiência aos nossos clientes. Os nossos vendedores são entusiastas e acolhedores, especialistas na linha de produtos Skechers e totalmente comprometidos com a satisfação do cliente.
- Impulsionar as vendas através de um excelente atendimento ao cliente.
- Atuar como especialista em produtos e embaixador da marca Skechers, usando esse conhecimento para orientar os clientes na seleção de produtos adequados.
- Garantir continuamente que os níveis de stock na área de vendas estejam corretos e em boas condições de manutenção, comercialização, armazenamento e limpeza, sempre com o objetivo de proporcionar aos nossos clientes uma experiência de compra excepcional.
- Processar com eficiência transações, descontos, etc. no ponto de venda.
- Aceitar devoluções de forma profissional e oferecer trocas ou alternativas sempre que possível, procurando sempre manter um ótimo relacionamento com o cliente.
- Manter-se atualizado com os novos produtos Skechers.
