Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our continued growth by generating qualified sales pipeline for our global Account Executive team. This role is responsible for executing high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities, engaging prospective customers, reactivating dormant leads, and identifying new business opportunities.

Designed for high-potential, entry-level talent, including recent graduates and individuals looking to transition into technology sales, this position offers hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career advancement. Successful SDRs will develop the sales skills, product knowledge, and prospecting expertise needed to pursue future opportunities in Account Executive or Account Management roles, with a potential progression timeline of 12–18 months based on individual performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • Generate 100+ meaningful outbound connections per day through phone calls, emails, and social selling to engage prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate at least two qualified discovery calls or Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per day by engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to research prospects, personalize outreach, identify high-potential leads, and improve sales productivity.
  • Deliver effective sales messaging by following established call scripts, tailoring outreach to specific buyer personas, and maintaining timely, professional follow-up.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to align prospecting activities with ideal customer profiles, campaign strategies, and pipeline generation goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead qualification, and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Kaseya's products, solutions, target markets, and customer pain points to communicate value effectively to prospective customers.
  • Consistently execute sales campaigns across assigned market segments and industry verticals while meeting established activity, conversion, and pipeline targets.
  • Participate in onboarding, sales training, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development to strengthen prospecting, communication, and qualification skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interest in building a career in sales, business development, or technology sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and communicate value clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and social outreach.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback, with a demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, retail sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, or social selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, communication, or workflow efficiency.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, cybersecurity, or IT management software.
