You will collaborate with various colleagues across the commercial sales organization to create a targeted, value-add ‘pitch’ for each potential partner. What We’re Looking For

  • Work closely with your territory teams to research dealerships with the greatest potential for sales conversion.
  • Develop targeted outreach via phone and/or email to generate engagement and create bookings for Business Development Team to drive partnership and revenue.
  • Drive attendance and conduct follow up for all events automotiveMastermind attends or sponsors (e.g. trade show) or produces (e.g. webinar, thought leadership event, commingling customer/prospect events).
  • Work closely with the marketing team and leverage marketing leads, Salesforce and SalesLoft platforms to identify the contacts and dealers most engaged and most ready to be sold to.
  • Create a cadence of monthly outreach in compliance with team KPI standards to ensure bookings goals and targets are met or exceeded.
  • Regularly report on quantity of bookings, outreach velocity as well as quality and conversion of marketing leads for sales opportunities.

Minimum requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a sales or marketing capacity, ideally at a solution services company, within the auto industry or Saas environment. This knowledge and/or experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to develop a professional rapport and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented, with a hunter mentality
  • Possess excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally) as required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Innovative self-starter with the discipline to work and think independently
