Sales Engineering, Specialist Team

· セールスエンジニアやアカウントエグゼクティブを支援し、顧客課題の発見、ソリューション設計、デモ、ワークショップ、PoC、提案書作成など、営業サイクル全体に関わる。

· お客様の要望を丁寧に聞き、ビジネス上および技術上のニーズを実現可能なソリューション案へ整理する。

· 技術者・非技術者の双方に対して、技術的な内容を明確かつ分かりやすく説明する力を身につける。

· お客様との打ち合わせに参加し、ディスカバリー、プレゼンテーション、デモの一部から段階的に主体性を持って担当する。

· 社内チームと連携し、製品機能、連携方式、セキュリティ、導入要件を理解する。

· 要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、デプロイ、運用改善まで、システム開発ライフサイクル全体の理解を活かして、お客様の要件とソリューションをつなぐ。

· 日本のセールスエンジニアリングチームを支援する技術資料、デモ資産、ソリューションメモなどを作成・更新する。

· 国内外のメンバーと連携し、質問やアイデアを積極的に共有しながら、製品知識と業界知識を継続的に高める。

· 自身の成長に責任を持ち、素早く行動し、プレセールススキルを伸ばす機会を自らつくる。

必須条件

· コンサルティング、IT、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、システムインテグレーション、品質保証、アプリケーション開発、または関連する技術分野での経験・基礎知識。

· プレセールス、セールスエンジニア、ソリューションコンサルティングなど、お客様と関わる技術職を目指す意欲。

· システム開発ライフサイクルの複数の工程についての理解、または実務経験。

· 考えを整理し、論理的で分かりやすい形で伝える力。

· 学習意欲、好奇心、フィードバックを素直に受け入れ、迅速に実行へ移す力。

· 営業、技術、プロダクト、お客様など、複数のチームと協働できる姿勢。

· 質問することを恐れず、問題解決に主体的に取り組み、最後までやり切る姿勢。

ビジネスレベルの日本語力。英語力は、グローバルチームとの連携において歓迎します

歓迎条件

· 技術情報のプレゼンテーション、会議のファシリテーション、お客様やビジネス部門とのコミュニケーション経験。

· クラウドサービス、API、データベース、ソフトウェアテスト、自動化、エンタープライズアプリケーションに関する実務経験。

· 要件定義、アーキテクチャ設計、開発、テスト、デプロイ、または本番運用の経験。

· グローバルまたは部門横断の環境で働いた経験。
