Job Description:

The Sales Orchestration Journey Owner (Director, Digital Distribution) is responsible for delivering valuable, innovative products to the Distribution users in line with the organization’s strategy. The role manages the health, performance and ongoing improvement of the Sales Orchestration journey across Asia, covering Advisor Workbench and Artificial Intelligence Orchestrator. The role works within Distribution strategy and priorities, provides Agency and Business owners with the journey insights needed to manage benefit realization, and supports markets to improve Advisor effectiveness and Client outcomes.

The role reports to Head of Distribution Excellence, Asia and is based in the Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Maintain a two year plan for Advisor Workbench and Artificial Intelligence Orchestrator. Keep the journey design, capability roadmaps, measures and delivery priorities current.
Maintain a clear set of journey health measures for Advisor Workbench and Artificial Intelligence Orchestrator. Review adoption, usage, workflow, operational, technology, data quality and risk information to understand whether the journey is working as intended.
Manage the agreed product roadmaps and prioritised work for Advisor Workbench and Artificial Intelligence Orchestrator. Turn journey needs into clear business requirements and work with delivery teams through design, testing, release readiness, market implementation and adoption.
Work with regional and market Distribution, Agency, Bancassurance, Operations, Technology, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver the agreed journey plan.

Ability to define strategy and translate it into executable roadmaps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrix environment.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, Agile delivery, and analytics.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

10+ years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, digital product management, or business transformation.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, digital platforms, data analytics, and AI-enabled business solutions.
Deep knowledge of digital partnership management and strong financial awareness in sales performance and financial metrics to deliver growth.
Strong Client focus mindset, able to develop collaborative partnership and create win-win outcomes with the leadership team and stakeholders.
Experience working across multiple markets and cultures within a matrix organization.
