Scopo della posizione:

La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività operative e analitiche, contribuendo alla corretta gestione dei dati, delle analisi di business e alla preparazione di report utili al monitoraggio delle performance.

Principali attività:

Supporto nella gestione delle anagrafiche clienti
Affiancare il team nell’aggiornamento dei dati clienti nei sistemi aziendali, verificando la correttezza delle informazioni e imparando le logiche di organizzazione dei dati.
Supporto nella gestione dei portafogli clienti
Collaborare con il team per monitorare i portafogli clienti, contribuendo all’aggiornamento delle assegnazioni e comprendendo le logiche commerciali di base.
Supporto nella gestione degli investimenti commerciali
Dare supporto nella raccolta e nell’organizzazione delle informazioni relative alle iniziative commerciali, aiutando nel controllo dei dati e nella preparazione di report semplici.
Supporto nella gestione del budget commerciale
Affiancare il team nelle attività di monitoraggio del budget, contribuendo alla raccolta dei dati e alla preparazione di analisi di base sugli scostamenti.
Supporto nella reportistica e monitoraggio KPICollaborare alla creazione e all’aggiornamento di report e dashboard, con l’obiettivo di comprendere i principali indicatori di performance (es. volumi, marginalità).
Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

Laurea in materie economiche o scientifiche
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
È considerata un plus una eventuale conoscenza di Power BI
Ottima capacità di lavorare in team
