Apoyar el desarrollo de ventas y nuevas oportunidades de negocio de Engine Aftermarket.

Coordinar con los Gerentes Territoriales planes de visitas y actividades con clientes y distribuidores.

Identificar oportunidades de conversión de productos de la competencia mediante análisis técnico, equivalencias y pruebas de desempeño.

Visitar distribuidores y usuarios finales para promover nuestros productos y brindar asesoría técnica.

Impartir capacitaciones técnicas a distribuidores, clientes, equipos comerciales y personal de mantenimiento.

Brindar soporte técnico en aplicaciones de producto, sistemas de admisión, escape, hidráulicos y filtración.

Coordinar y dar seguimiento a pruebas de campo y análisis de aceite.

Investigar equivalencias, aplicaciones, especificaciones y desempeño de productos frente a la competencia.

Apoyar la incorporación de nuevos productos y la elaboración de fichas y documentación técnica.

Dar seguimiento a reclamaciones de garantía de Aftermarket y EO.

Mantener actualizada la información técnica de productos, números obsoletos, sustituciones y bases de datos.

Participar en exposiciones, convenciones y eventos comerciales brindando soporte técnico.

Perfil requerido:

Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín, con 2 a 3 años de experiencia profesional, preferentemente en los sectores automotriz, motores, maquinaria, refacciones o manufactura.

Conocimientos Motores de combustión interna, especialmente diésel; lubricantes y sistemas de lubricación; mecánica y diagnóstico técnico.

Deseable experiencia en soporte técnico a clientes, distribuidores o equipos comerciales, con facilidad para interactuar con clientes y comunicar información técnica de manera clara.

Interés y disponibilidad para realizar visitas a clientes y trabajo en campo aproximadamente el 70% del tiempo a nivel nacional.
